A water cooler maintenance contract provides for between 2 and 4 periodic sanitary visits per year (depending on your working environment) by a specialist who will maintain the cooler. The intervention takes place in 3 stages:

The professional will disinfect every part of the water machines to rid them of bacteria and microbes. We use safe products, evaluated by Health Canada, and rinse several times. The maintenance service also includes complete exterior cleaning, descaling, compressor and chiller maintenance.

To avoid any malfunction, the filtration system is meticulously cleaned with specific cleaning products.

For optimum filtration, a filter should be changed at least every year. The activated carbon filter removes impurities from the pipes, guaranteeing pure, high-quality water, free from harmful chemical substances.
