Filtered water faucet

Pure, great-tasting water straight from the tap — no chlorine, no lead, no plastic jugs. Activated carbon or reverse osmosis filtration, with a dedicated faucet installed under the sink.

Why a filtered faucet

Better, healthier, more responsible water

A filtered water faucet turns your building's water into pure, pleasant drinking water while eliminating single-use plastic.

Better taste

Activated carbon removes the chlorine, sediment and odours that spoil the taste of tap water.

No chlorine or lead

Reverse osmosis systems remove a wide range of contaminants, including lead from old pipes.

Zero plastic

No more jugs and disposable bottles: a concrete ESG initiative that cuts your waste and your costs.

Always available

A dedicated faucet at the counter delivers unlimited filtered water, with no handling or restocking.

How it works

From the water line to the faucet, filtered

The water passes through several filtration stages before reaching the dedicated faucet, clean and ready to drink.

1

Water supply

Discreet hookup under the sink, on the building's cold water line.

2

Pre-filtration

Capturing sediment, sand and particles.

3

Fine filtration

Activated carbon (taste, chlorine) or a reverse osmosis membrane (contaminants, lead).

4

Dedicated faucet

Pure water served at the counter by a separate faucet, on demand.

Frequently asked questions

Everything about the filtered faucet

What does a filtered water faucet remove from the water?

Depending on the system, it removes chlorine, sediment and bad tastes/odours (activated carbon), or a wide range of contaminants including lead, mercury and organic particles (reverse osmosis).

Activated carbon or reverse osmosis: what's the difference?

Activated carbon mainly improves taste and odour by removing chlorine and particles. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a membrane and eliminates a much wider spectrum of contaminants — the most thorough filtration.

Does the main faucet stay usable?

Yes. The filtered faucet is added to the counter without replacing your main faucet, which keeps working normally.

Is maintenance complicated?

No. The cartridges just need periodic replacement, generally every 3 to 6 months depending on use. P2O handles the tracking and the replacement.

Can I also get cold or hot water?

Yes: the filtered faucet can be paired with an under-sink chiller and a hot water tank to bring everything together at one point of use.
