How much does a countertop water cooler cost?
With all-inclusive rental, one fixed monthly rate covers the unit, installation, filters and maintenance — often cheaper than the jug bill it replaces. Purchase is also available. Free quote, answer within 24 hours.
How much space do I need?
Barely more than a microwave: most models take 30 to 40 cm of counter width and fit under standard cabinets. You need a power outlet and a water line nearby — our technicians handle the hookup in about an hour, no construction.
Can it serve hot or sparkling water?
Yes, depending on the model: cold and ambient water on all, instant hot water for tea and coffee on several, and sparkling water on the Ion TS 400, EcoChic, BluGlass and Wellsys S4 and S18. Tell us your team's habits and we'll point you to the right combination.
How is this different from a big-box model?
A commercial unit is built to serve a team every single day: certified filtration, larger tanks and flow, spare parts availability and local technicians for maintenance. The consumer model just isn't made for office-level demand.
Is maintenance included?
Yes with rental: filter replacement and preventive maintenance are scheduled by our team, across Québec and to Ottawa. With purchase, an annual maintenance plan keeps the water pristine and the unit under warranty.
