How often should a water filter be replaced?
Generally every 3 to 6 months, but frequency depends on water quality, usage and filter type. We schedule replacement based on your consumption.
What are the signs a filter needs changing?
Reduced flow, an unusual taste or odour, or less clear water are signs the cartridge needs replacing.
Activated carbon or reverse osmosis?
Activated carbon mainly improves taste by removing chlorine and sediment; reverse osmosis eliminates a much wider spectrum of contaminants. We install the filter suited to your needs.
Do I have to remember the replacement myself?
